At Qazmi, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it easily within 7 days of receiving your order.
Easy 7-Day Return & Exchange
· Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
· We offer a no questions asked return and exchange policy.
· There are no charges applicable on returns or exchanges.
· Return or exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Product Condition
To complete the return or exchange smoothly, the product should be:
· Unused and unworn
· Unwashed
· In its original condition
· With all tags and packaging intact
· Free from stains, damage, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of use
Refund Process
· Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check.
· Refund will be issued only after the product passes the quality check.
· Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as per the applicable refund mode.
· The refund timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Process
· Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
· Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
· If the requested exchange product or size is unavailable, we will help you with an alternative option or process a refund as applicable.
Quality Check
Qazmi reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not pass the quality check due to usage, damage, missing tags, stains, or any other issue that affects the product’s original condition.
